We’re a value added, highly automated cooking facility focused on frying, breading, cooking, marinating and cutting product. Adding hundreds of jobs over the last decade, our Fairfield, Ohio location is opening a new facility that will add more than 400 new jobs in the area.

  • Production Workers (3 Areas)

    • General Labor — use hands and eyes to inspect product
    • Front Processing — work in warmer temps
    • Packaging — work in temps in the 30-50 degree range

  • Sanitation

    • Night shift with sunshine pay — work 6.5 hours but get paid for 8
    • Cleaning equipment while wearing PPE

  • Forklift Operators
